We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a real passion for Mountain Sports and for providing superior customer service to manage the Castleford branch of Ellis Brigham. The store is a full multi department Ellis Brigham and is recognized as one of our premier snow sports stores.
As a Manager of one of our stores you will be a key individual in the future success of the company.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of snow sports equipment, clothing and other related outdoor mountain sports products. You must be an excellent communicator, experienced and confident when dealing with customers and staff, self-motivated with a proven sales track record. Additionally you must be enthusiastic, flexible, pro-active and be able to work well under pressure whilst driving sales and providing first class customer service.
You may already hold a Department Supervisor or Assistant Manager position or have similar previous experience and be looking to take that next step to assuming more responsibility.
We are looking to recruit someone on a permanent contract of 38 hours per week with a starting salary of around £24,000 plus bonus depending on experience.
