What is outlet shopping?
The idea of outlet shopping emanates from the United States where they conceived the idea of creating a mall-type development that resembled a mock street, village square or quay-side. This unique shopping environment also usually includes extensive car parking facilities and leisure areas.
Each retailer within the outlet sells end-of-line products, previous season’s stock, quality seconds, cancelled orders, returned merchandise, specific outlet stock and discontinued lines, most at discounted prices. Discounts usually vary from anything between 30-80%.
What is your returns policy?
Buying goods in an outlet centre has no effect on your consumer rights. If something is faulty or was faulty and not pointed out to you at the time of buying then you entitled to your money back.
What does RRP stand for?
RRP stands for Recommended Retail Price. Manufacturers specify this price before putting a product up for sale.
Where can I get further information on the stores?
Visit our stores page on this site where you can find each of the stores at Junction 32. Clicking on the relevant store will give you access to their dedicated telephone number and unit number so that you can contact them for specific information about their store.

Our gift cards can be loaded with any amount* starting from just £10 and are accepted in all stores at Junction 32. Where can I get a map of the centre?
We have created an online map where you can pinpoint each of the stores that you wish to visit at Junction 32 and download a copy of the village map. If you lose your bearings whilst at the Outlet then pick up one of the many site leaflets dotted around Junction 32 or check out our directory boards.
When is late night shopping?
Junction 32 is open every weekday until 8pm.

Do you allow dogs on site?
Well behaved dogs are all welcome here at Junction 32. You will find a selection of stores who also welcome your pooch in-store whilst you are shopping.
Can I shop online?
The products that continuously arrive at Junction 32 are only of a limited stock and therefore very quickly bought by the customers who come and visit the Outlet. This gives us no time to make anything available online. In any case, we encourage you to come and enjoy the unique shopping experience that you get at Junction 32.
What brands will I find at Junction 32 Outlet Shopping Village?
At Junction 32 you can find loads of top high street brands like Next Clearance, M&S Outlet, Nike, Clarks, Mango, Jack & Jones, GAP, Jane Plum, Jeff Banks and Game. Check the Stores page where you can browse the full list of stores available at the centre.
Where do I get information on opening times?
We are open: Monday – Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. Bank Holidays: 10am-6pm. Any special opening hours for Christmas or Easter will be available via this link .
What facilities do you have for people with disabilities?
Wheelchairs are available for hire free of charge and can be requested from call points in the car parks, the Village is conveniently all on the same level.
We have two locations with disabled toilet facilities, and one changing facility. All can be viewed via our interactive map.
I am a tourist. Can I claim back my VAT at your centre?
VAT refunds are at the individual store’s discretion. Each operate their own system, ask in store for details.
Is there somewhere to get a coffee and something to eat?
There’s plenty of choice when it comes to refreshments at Junction 32: B.B.’s Coffee & Muffins, Costa Coffee, Café Thornton’s, Mattia Diner, LP4, Subway and Starbucks. Plus, there are some lovely landscaped areas that are ideal if you want to enjoy an al fresco lunch.
